Copper Nickel RTJ Flanges are generally made from Cu-Ni 90/10 (C70600) or 70/30 (C71500) alloys. These alloys contain 90% or 70% copper and 10% or 30% nickel, along with small amounts of iron and manganese to boost strength and corrosion resistance. Their mechanical properties include a tensile strength ranging from 275 to 520 MPa, yield strength between 70 and 150 MPa, and impressive ductility and toughness.
