Ismail Flanges Hastelloy Threaded Flanges contain nickel (up to 60%), molybdenum (up to 17%), and chromium (up to 23%), along with trace amounts of such elements as iron and cobalt, depending on grade. These alloys exhibit high resistance against pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking under oxidizing and reducing conditions. Hastelloy C276 provides a tensile strength of approximately 690 MPa and yield strength of around 283 MPa mechanically. The threaded design enables straightforward clamping on pipes without welding, and as such, it is perfect for low-diameter or high-corrosion systems that need fast installation and maintenance.
