Stainless Steel 310H Flanges are composed of 24–26% chromium, 19–22% nickel, and a higher carbon content (0.04–0.10%) compared to 310S, which improves high-temperature strength. In high-temperature settings, this alloy offers exceptional resistance to oxidation and carburisation. The material’s tensile strength is roughly 515 MPa, its yield strength is 205 MPa, and its elongation is about 40%. SS 310H is appropriate for high-temperature and high-stress applications because it retains its structural integrity at temperatures as high as 1100°C. It is a dependable option in heat-intensive industries due to its mechanical strength and thermal stability.
